Couples Full Body Forest Massage
Immerse yourselves in nature with our unique Couple Forest Full Body Massage, set amidst majestic trees and lush ferns. This serene experience begins as you are guided to a secluded spot where massage beds are carefully placed in the heart of the forest. Surrounded by the soothing sounds and sights ofnature, you and your partner will enjoy a deeply relaxing full bodymassage, tailored to your individual needs.
Signature Back, scalp & feet Retreat
Help restore balance with this targeted treatment, focussing on three key areas of physical and mental tension. Beginning with a back exfoliation and massage that cobines our Muscle Ease Body Oil blend with heated stones and warm steam towels, the treatment continues with a scalp massage and warm hair wrap, and ends with restorative foot and leg massage.
Spa Etiquette
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide Forest Fern Wellness Spa with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 4 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the total treatment value will be charged.
Packages that include items prepared in advance require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes.
ARRIVAL
To ensure you receive your full treatment time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows time to change into a robe and slippers (provided) and to complete your consultation form.
All treatments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed or inconvenienced.
ATTIRE
We respectfully request that underwear is worn for all treatments. Our therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times. You will be provided with a robe, slippers, and a secure space to store your belongings.
CONSULTATION
All guests are required to complete a mandatory consultation form upon arrival. Please advise us at the time of booking of any relevant health conditions.
PREGNANCY
Please note that we do not perform massage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.
MOBILE PHONES
For the comfort of all guests, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum and that mobile phone use is avoided within the spa.
HOMECARE
To continue your spa experience at home, all our facial products used during your treatments are available for purchase at our spa reception.
FACILITY USAGE
Use of the spa relaxation deck, Colour Therapy showers and jacuzzi is complimentary to all spa guests.
COUPLES TREATMENTS
All couples treatments in the Couples Suite and on the Forest Deck must be pre-booked in advance and are subject to availability and weather dependant.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
We welcome children between the ages of 8 and 15 for selected treatments. Please contact our spa for children treatments under the age of 8.
